Hide-A-Way Hills
Elmer Davis Lake is a 149 acre reservoir located in Owen County on Hwy 22 just outside of Owenton, Kentucky. This lake is owned by the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Resources and was built in 1958. This lake has some great fishing especially if you like: largemouth bass, bluegill, black/white crappie, sunfish, catfish and black bullhead. Boats with motors are limited to less than 10hp engines. No hunting is allowed on Hide-A-Way Hills properties.

HideAWay Hills is a deed restricted community of about 350 lots that is located between two of the branches of Elmer Davis Lake. Composed of lake front and lake access lots make this a very beautiful place to have a vacation getaway in Kentucky. Several lots allow campers as well as cabins or you may just want a undeveloped lot to pitch a tent. Each lot can be serviced with electric, water, phone, disk TV, and a septic system with lateral lines. Initiation fee is $250 and yearly membership fee is $350 per lot (extra undeveloped lots are $35 each in addition to your main lot). HideAWay Hills has a clubhouse, a pavilion and swimming pool for members and their guests. Some members live in HideAWay Hills all year long while others come in on the weekends from Spring through Fall. This is a wonderful place to get away and just enjoy nature, wildlife, fishing, and boating. Come to HideAway Hills to just get away and rest.

There are some lakefront and lake access properties available both undeveloped and developed. Check out the classified section on this site.
