B Lots- require cabin/camper over 500 sq.ft. Lots 16, 33-36, 71-80, 315-336, and 342-348
D Lots- 17-18 are commercial lots on approval
C Lots- Remaining lots can have 1 camper (any size in maintained good condition) or dwelling over 500 sq.ft. (square feet is living floor space does not include porch or deck)
Note: -There is NO HUNTING on HideAWay Hills Properties -You must have a registered septic system with the health department and the electricity will not be turned out without one installed on property. Perk test must be done prior to installing. - Initiation fees ($250) and yearly dues ($350 for 1st lot and $35 for additional undeveloped lots) are required to HideAWay Hills POA *failure to do so will result in legal action - Any building/construction on lots will require a HideAWay Hills Board approval and HideAWay Hills building permit - When a bona fide offer is made on a property the seller must send a certified letter to property owners on the right, on the left, and LLD and offer them the agreed upon price. If they do not want to purchase it then the seller can continue with the transaction. Failure to do so has resulted in lawsuits and the seller responsible for all legal fees.
